When you buy directly at Home Depot or Sherwin-Williams, you pay retail — often less than the contractor price with markup. You also get to choose your exact brand, color, and sheen. We tell you exactly what and how much to buy.
The $1,000 scheduling deposit reserves your project start date on our calendar. It's non-refundable because it blocks that time from other clients. The rest of the balance is due upon project completion — not before.
Most single-story homes take 1–2 days. Two-story homes typically take 2–3 days. Larger homes or jobs with significant prep work (heavy peeling, wood repairs) may take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline in your estimate.
Yes — we're DFW locals, we work in the heat. We start early (7 AM) and adjust our schedule around extreme conditions. We will not paint in temperatures above 100°F or when rain is expected within 24 hours, as it compromises paint adhesion. Weather delays are always communicated same-day.
The warranty covers workmanship failures — peeling, flaking, or paint failure caused by improper application or preparation on our part. It does not cover normal weathering, damage from hail or impact, or failure caused by materials (that's why we let you choose quality paint). If something goes wrong on our end, we come back and fix it free.
Not necessarily. We just need access to the property and a water source. You should be present for the initial walkthrough and the final inspection — but for the work days in between, you can go about your normal routine. We'll keep you updated by text throughout the project.
Absolutely. We work in HOA communities regularly across DFW. Just note that HOA approval is the homeowner's responsibility — get your color approved before we start. We can work around any HOA-specified color palette.
